    J2 Since Monday, I find that things are going well, proteins are not that difficult to find in fact, raw food is still okay, avoid sugar too, but I find that the hardest thing when you don't want to eat crap is finding the calories. Otherwise this evening pizza at the restaurant, I wasn't very hungry.

    J5 There's no point in keeping the session going, I went back to my parents this weekend and I didn't pay attention to what I ate, well if we can note one advantage it's that there wasn't really any snacking. There it will begin.

    J4 In reality I find that with this session it's difficult to say if we're cracking or not, for example these last few days you could say that I'm cracking but I find that in a way I'm eating "in a better way", I've never proned 100%, in fact today I promised myself fries.

    J2 I ate some pastries today but frankly it was ok apart from that not even a difference! I'm proud of myself, I'm just going to try to control what I eat a little more (macros in particular):happy:

    J1 Well let's say that I'm staying the course I ate chips today but the rest was OK. I haven't yet found the time (nor the will?) to put my meals in an app but soon I'll get there, I know. Tomorrow morning I'm going to try to make a speed salad.

    J0 It’s such a habit for me to snack, I ate cookies and didn’t even realize it, just out of boredom I think.
    This evening I want to eat well even if there isn't much left in the fridge, I'm going to try to have a clean week!

    J0 I decided to also create a JunkFood session, or more generally food in the broad sense. I want to eat better; my rules are as follows; no snacking, 80/20 on my meals, raw foods, rich in protein and the minimum of refined sugar (and lots of water).

    @byebye Je comprend ton point de vue, mais je pense que la finalité de ce challenge (en tout cas comme je l'entend) n'est pas la rétention séminale EN SOI. C'est qu'elle est un tremplin vers une vie avec plus de contrôle, une vie ou nos pulsions ne dictent pas nos comportements et ne nous empêchent pas de concrétiser nos objectifs. Sans pornograohie pour moi difficile de dievenir accro à la masturbation (nettement mpins stimulant). Je veux juste me sentir mieux dans ma vie peu importe si ça passe par la rétention séminale ou pas, ajd je sais que mon problème, et le problème majeur des gens ici c'est la pornograhie => enlève le porno et NETTEMENT moins de personnes souffrent "d'addiction à la masturbation" qui n'est enfaite que le moyen de consommer la pornograhie. Exemple : Si tu es addict à la malbouffe tu n'est pas addict au fait de manger, juste à la malbouffe, sauf que pour consommer la malbouffe tu manges, et la malbouffe te fait manger trop et de manière malsaine. Pour moi la masturbation et l'éjaculation c'est la même chose, avec StopFap et dieu sait que j'adore la démarche, on est surtout sur un pkacébo très fort pour reprendre sa vie en main, si bien que les effets sont selon moi en grande partie dû à cette démarche d'amélioration, plutôt qu'à la retention séminale en elle même. Peut-être ai-je tord, je veux bien des articles scientifiques sur les effets de la RS si tu as dispo.
